I am in my late 40 and I wanted to reboot my self, detoxing at cellular level placing myself in balance. I believe that We are what we eat and what we feel. We were very fortunate to see an advertisement for a seminar given by Valhalla Wellness and Medical Center on preventing Cognitive Decline. Since we are senior citizens and were both noticing that it was getting harder to remember things, we thought it would be smart to attend the seminar. The seminar was presented by Dr. Ian Yamane, a very engaging and professional individual. It was very interesting and informative and afterwards, we decided it would be to our benefit to meet with Dr. Yamane for some diagnostic testing. After he ran some high-level tests, we were amazed to discover that there were some potential serious issues that, had it not been for these high-level tests, we would never have found out about them until a few years down the road when they presented themselves and the damage already done. The normal annual regular blood tests never showed these concerns. We were also very happy to discover that neither of us had the genes for Alzheimer’s Disease, which was a concern as a family member had suffered from a dementia-related condition. We began a comprehensive nutritional and wellness program and meet with Dr. Yamane or one of his Functional Nutritionists on a regular basis. We both soon experienced increased energy and improved mental clarity. The program has also helped us to lose extra weight that we had been carrying for far too many years. A thyroid condition that was discovered in my husband is also now in the process of resolving as well. The next blood tests that were run after a few months showed strong improvements in several areas (toxins and heavy metals, thyroid, kidney issues, vitamin deficiencies, etc.) and we are very pleased that the previously unknown serious issues are being resolved. We truly feel that Dr. Yamane’s program has added years to our lives, and just as important, energetic life to those future years. Our gratitude knows no bounds.
