The doctors that work at this place are pretty awesome. I'd like to express my gratitude for the help that I've received from the doctors themselves. As for the nursing staff and the doctor's assistants, they leave a lot to be desired. I've tried calling five times over the last few days, I've left multiple messages for my doctor's assistant and can't get a phone call back from them. The same thing happened last month too I left about six messages and never got a phone call back. It's as if The doctor's assistant really doesn't care about patients. My next doctor appointment I plan on bringing this up as an issue, because it seems like the only time that I'm able to get a hold of anybody at this place outside of having a doctor's appointment is by being in the hospital. I've seen better customer service skills from a girl on rollerblades and working at Sonic drive-thru. It takes a lot to really just ignore somebody for no reason. I'm surprised that the doctors haven't jumped on this yet considering the fact that it can actually dampen a business. Hopefully this review will lead to some changes in the way that they deal with their current patients.
