ESPA is my favorite spa in Vegas! It is calm and relaxing and the therapist are amazing. It must be a great place to work because a few of the therapists have been there since I started going years ago. I love the relaxation room!

Cute spa and good service but the amenities are lacking. Very small. Came in w high expectations bc of the award. Wasn't impressed. It was convenient since I love staying at the hotel.

Im saddened to say that there was probably the worst facial I have ever had. I was running 5 minutes late and was told it would come out of my treatment time, totally fair and understandable, so I chose not to put on a robe. The facial was fast, consisted on leaving things on 10+ minutes at a time, and wasnt at all the one I chose from the service menu. When I was finished I was shown out. I didnt not know I would have had access to the facility and the things they offer. Super sad and disappointed for the price and that theyre so renowned. I tried to reach out but havent heard back yet.
