Camilla, Brock, and Gemma are awesome instructors. Theyre patient and knowledgeable. They provide a great learning environment for both beginners and advanced students. Ive been coming here once a week since the beginning of the year. Its fun and challenging and I can see myself continuing to grow with them. If youre looking for a home gym, this is the place!

I took my daughter here and I have to say that coach Broc and Camila are awesome. My daughter tried out for a month and it helped her tremendously with her discipline, respect and confidence. These guys give you a full month for free just to try it out. This is unheard of, normally you get one class max. I really like that the coaches are passionate about their work. Something I have not seen much in Vegas and being a coach my self I can definitely tell. Thank you.

So far, so good. I joined this program about two weeks ago, and I can already say that I see results. From never doing any self-defense or martial arts, the instructors make it easy to learn a new skill. Check it out if you want to get a good workout!
