you should never do business with Coolzoneusa they will take your money and vanish, they are a scam. i have paid them and they are no where to be found
Please do not pay them for anything till you receive the equipment and make sure it is what it suppose to be.

This company is a scam the have scammed us and over priced the equipment
we have paid 14,600 to purchase mist equipment from Coolzone USA dba Westech,
they refuse to send us the complete order.
we have ordered equipment from Coolzone USA/ Westech.
In New York I met Mr Mark Carpokio, how made me to believe that he is a honest business person with a company that deals in Mist systems.
After confirming with him the order of equipment that was to be delivered to Morocco after he receives the payment.
Then I have confirmed to the company that I represent in Morocco that they can transfer the funds to his account of Westech dba Coolzoneusa,
On April we have send him the payment of 14,600 Dollars,after that Mr Mark carpocio confirmed to me that the payment is received . He told then that the equipment will send out to Morocco in the next few days
Right after that he started not answering his phone,as we found out that he only uses an answering service for his company,contrary to what he told us before we made the payment
He then after multiple requests and calls he send out an equipment that is worth no more that 3000 dollars instead of the equipment that was paid for wish is worth more than 14 000 dollars
We have tried calling him many many times and tried to ask him to honor his commitment and to give us what we have paid for, he continues to ignore us and he dos not want to give us money back of give us the equipment
He then just informed me that he is not going to give us anything back and he refuses to send us the equipment that he is suppose to send us that we have paid for, claiming that he has many problems and he do not have the money anymore
We have lost a lots of time and money,because the equipment was to be used for agriculture green house for this season and it was to be installed in jun 2013
