        I spoke to Mia via phone on Monday 1/20/19 around 10:30am. I hope you know the asset you have in her. She was extremely professional and I have to be honest had every solution for my needs. Not only did she order the motor I needed she asked the following questions before hanging up.. 1. Do you have a resale cert 2. Do you want to set up an account (and even sent credit app) 3. She went above and beyond to go to the FedEx website to try to give me an idea what freight would be In a society where complaining and common courtesy is missing I always try to recognize good service, and she was great!
