I am a photographer and I wanted some saddle sandbags with double zippers on each pocket so that I can change the fill on the fly. I also wanted wanted a lift strap that crosses the bag on the long end, so that when I lift the bag from a c-stand it freely lifts without catching the stand leg. I ordered these bags in 25lb capacity. I received the this bag with velcro instead of zippers. Customer service was highly responsive. They explained they no longer carried the item, but they custom made my order and sent it to me quickly with no extra charge or hassle of returns for the velco bags. This is exceptional customer service! I really appreciated the help. I do hope they offer the zipper version of the bag for future needs, but I understand if the market has moved away from it, but it offers a double seal point over the velco. Thank you, again. I'll be back for future needs!
