I had an emergency because I was locked in the cold. The guy who answered the phone was super rude. He was sighing at me on the phone when I asked for a time estimate. The locksmith never showed. When I called the guy back he never answered again. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend!!!

Explained everything thoroughly, and got my keys out of my car in about 10 minutes. The price was super reasonable and I would definitely recommend lock doctor to anyone else in need

I accidentally locked my keys inside the trunk . I called Top Master Locksmith and the technician arived quickly! My car was unlocked in seconds. Great, caring, fast and exceptional service!

Great company across the board. I was locked out of the house and ALL other companies in the metro couldn't get to me for 4 - 8 hours. Called Metro Lock & Safe and they sent Justin out in 30 minutes. Justin was very professional and was able to get me back in the house ASAP.

I accidentally locked myself out of the house this morning. Called these guys for their services. Asked for the price over the phone & they told me they would give me a quote when I got there. They quoted me at $185. And then started their work. They ended up needing to break the lock as it was originally installed upside down. They asked if they would like me to have them install a knee doorknob on. They did not tell me the price of the labor before they performed it. At the end of the services they give me a bill for over $500. They charged me $55 just to come out. Which should have been covered in the original quote they gave me. On top of that they tried to charged me over $100 for the doorknob, on top it of another $85 to make it work with my keys. (The one additional cost that was understandable) Overall they failed to be transparent about the cost of their services before performing them. And charged me more than double my original quote. I find this very unprofessional for a buisness and feel like I got ripped off. Will never be using their services again.
