Cash Oasis

I have told the Manager at the Flamingo branch that my pay days are actually on Thursdays and sometimes on Wednesdays depending on my Manager if he turns payroll in early but my paydays are on Thursdays. When I brought it up with the Manager at the Flamingo branch, she reacted in a rude manner saying "well your Credit Unions says Wednesday. By doing a debit on Wednesday instead of Thursdays, I get stuck with a service fee of $25.00 which happened three times with the last being today (1/26/23). I tried explaining the situation and she replied, bring me your bank statement and paystub. Seems like she dont believe me, I will bring in my bank statement and what does my paystub have to do with my Credit union. I dont make much as some people do and they can afford to give away 25.00, I really depend on every cent that I get and not give away. Oasis now owes me $75.00 . I explained this situation when they debited it on a Wednesday several months ago and I was told they were going to deduct it from my loan which never happened. I have been late just one time due to a payroll mix up and received a nasty letter, The old branch manager was really great and understanding. I need my money and not by check or deducted from my loan. it was not my fault for being charged $25.00 for something that was explained. Sincerely, Kathleen Kepoo

Very poor communication. This company dose not keep u in the information. Poor communication skills all the way up to Management.

What a great place. The manager, Mia, is the nicest person and so very helpful. She makes doing a hard thing more comfortable and makes you feel good.  Thank you Mia for being such a caring person!!!  I will only borrow from this business and no one else when I need to. They get a 10+++ because of Mia. She deserves many kudos and I can only hope upper management reads these reviews as she deserves for them to recognize her outstanding customer service!
