Had work done by this company 2 years ago, they told us they had work approved by HOWA. Just found out today that it was never completed through HOA and need to submit plans or be fined. This company does not follow through and doesnt finish the job.

I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and NO SHOW. I called and they told me that they had it set for another time. I waited and still no one showed up. I waited a few months and called back, scheduled another appointment and again...NO SHOW. Perhaps they look up your address to look at yard size? Not sure why a company would claim to be so good when they continuously don't show.
