I unpleasantly witnessed a waitress arguing with a very unsatisfied customer who didn't want to pay her a tip. Then she demanded the customer the tip according to "the state law." what? Really? So ignorant and unprofessional.
The food is not the same quality as before, and the service was not safisfactory.
under staffed?
it doesn't justify you to be rude to customers.
I will never recommand this restaurant to anybody and will never go back.
And they need to clean up the parking lot and restroom.
수년 만에 옛 좋은 기억에 다시 찾았다가 불쾌한 광경을 봤습니다.
제대로 교육받지 못한 것으로 보이는 웨이스트레스가 손님에게 팁을 강요하더니군요. 제댜로 된 트레이닝이 필요해 보입니다.
음식도 예전에 비하면 형편없고 서비스는 저 또한 불만스러웠습니다.
근처에 잘하는 한국식당 아주 많습니다.

깍두기 담을 그릇 하나만 더 가져다 달라고 했는데 안 가져다 주셔서 다시 한번 말씀드렸습니다. 그러니 여자 종업원 분이 굉장히 퉁명스럽게 "기다리세요"하고 들고오시더니 거의 던지다시피 하고 가버리네요... 다 먹은 뒤에 너무 불친절했다고 하니 다시는 안오셔도 된다고 그 종업원 분이 그러셨습니다.
