Venue is nice and our server was polite. That's about the only good I have to say about this place. Karaoke system is awful. It's basically YouTube with Chromecast. Kept lagging and disconnecting. Had to call a server in to fix it for us every 10-15 mins. Management was rude and dismissive when we brought up the issue. For the price you pay, you'd expect to get a lot more out of the experience especially since they automatically charge a 20% service fee on the bill! How is it fries were $35 but aren't good and way too salty?! Sushi was mediocre and also overpriced. Shots were $25 each and weren't even filled to the top. They gave us a complimentary 30 mins to compensate for the time wasted cause of lagging. We had plans after and didn't really want to stay longer and would've preferred to just get that 30 mins taken off our bill but apparently that isn't an option. Definitely not worth the price you pay on all aspects. There are way better karaoke spots in Vegas. Ps was wondering why this place had such a good rating but after reading the other reviews and seeing that they bribe for 5* reviews, it completely makes sense.
