Not going to speak for other reviewers, just here to explain my experience at this shop. I came in and requested simple service: I need batteries in three watches, and a couple of links removed from one of them. I paid $60 total for the service and the work was done when I was told that it would be. The individual manning the shop and presumably performing the work was soft-spoken and quiet, but friendly nonetheless. Everything was done properly, but I have two complaints: 1. The shop's point of sale was down on the day of my pickup, so I had to withdraw cash and pay that waythe individual in the shop reached out to me ahead of time to let me know this and explained it was due to fraudulent activity 2. The shop is split with a PO box/package servicing center which kind of confused me when I walked into the building Other than those two concerns, I was satisfied with my service here and will bring my other watches back for simple services. Thank you guys!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! THIS GUY IS AN A.HOLE. HE JERKED ME AROUND. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! He is a liar and a con artist. Your valuables are not kept in a safe just slung behind a counter. He will tell you a price then change it when you pick up your items. He will tell you he will do something, then at pick up pretend you never discussed what you asked to be done and he will then get defensive with you. Dave yourself the headache. Anxiety and extra cost.. go somewhere else.

If I can give this business 0 star, I would! I got my Diamond engagement and wedding rings cleaned here on a Saturday. He said they will be done on Tuesday. They were not done when I called Wednesday morning but I told him I needed them back so he told me to pick them up at 4:30 that day. I insisted to come at 3:30 right after work. One Diamond prong was still loose and the white gold wasnt back to its white color like he promised! There is no difference from then and after they were cleaned. I paid $100 for absolutely nothing!!!!

I dropped off a watch to have its size adjusted (pins removed) yesterday and was told it'd be ready by noon today. When my family member went to pick it up and drop off a watch of their own around noon today, my watch was not ready. Marvin told my family member to come back between 2:00 and 3:00p today to pick up both watches. My family member returned today at 4:00p to pick up the watches, but they were still not ready. On top of the disappointment this caused, Linda treated my family member poorly, by speaking loudly at them and telling them to "call tomorrow before you come in." My family member ultimately decided to take the watches elsewhere; it was clear that our business was not welcomed here. I was uncomfortable that Linda was not wearing a mask properly yesterday when I initially dropped off the watch, but I decided that supporting a family-owned business would have been worth it. This whole experience was so disappointing, disrespectful, and disgusting. My money is better-spent elsewhere. PS - The jewelry and watches that are dropped off here are not even placed in a safe--just placed randomly behind the jewelry counter. I felt uneasy about that risk, as well. I won't be returning.
