The Rolex Boutique Hyde Park in The Forum Shops at Caesar’s is absolutely the BEST and ONLY place to go to if you are interested in purchasing a Rolex time piece!! They are knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of their business, and their customer service always goes above and beyond!! I have been their happy and loyal customer for over 15 years now, and will continue to be one until the very end! Shop nowhere else!!

Run! I had been a customer of the previous Assistant Manager. He left to a different company and it hasn’t been the same. I Purchased a handful of high end watches from these guys and before the previous Manager left he was going to get me a watch that was just announced. I waited patiently even after he left. Two years into the waiting process I contacted the COO and he said he would look into it. I provided the emails that I had with the previous Manager, proving that I was one of the first to request the piece. The response I received was mind blowing. Told me place in line doesn’t go by who gets in line first but is ever changing and based on who spends the most money when they come available. Disgusting, right?! At the point I wrote a bunch of reviews and wrote them off. About 6 months ago I decided to stop in as my wife was shopping in the mall. I talked to a really nice guy who was the watch manager. I told him the situation and he asked me to give him the opportunity to talk with the COO and store manager. With that said I extended an olive branch and deleted the reviews. I once again waited for an update on the watch and basically was told to keep waiting. Then I emailed the COO and waited two weeks for a response. No response. I sent the email again and a week later no response. Clearly these people do not care about customers. I continue to be chocked about their attitudes and lack of care for a customer. Not only am I going to write these reviews but now I will contact Rolex. I’m sure Rolex will be thrilled to know they are holding their time pieces hostage to leverage jewelry sales. All my friends will know where not to go! So much for trying to be a nice guy!
