After going through several different vendors, all of which were unable to resolve the plumbing and watering issues at the property I manage, I came across Spic & Span Janitorial Services. On the very first visit Warren was able to identify the source of our water leak (Irrigation System was incorrectly installed by previous vendor). He also knew right away, what needed to be replaced to alleviate the foul odor coming from our apartment tenant's restroom. What I appreciate most about the service Warren provided, was his ability to explain everything to me so that I had a clear understanding of what jobs he was performing, the parts he would need to purchase and ultimately, what our company would be paying for. I was also able to take before and after photos to support the services provided. Knowledgeable, affordable and trustworthy. I highly recommend Spic & Span!
