Diane Kelly is amazing! She really is an expert in her field and really knows her products. She has a wonderful positive attitude and a desire to help. Diane Kelly is the reason i learnt about A1 and so happy to have met her! Many people talk about "customer service" but Diane is the definition of what many only preach. Not only does she look after you above and beyond, she even surprised us with home made brownies as a thank you for doing business with her (and they were really good!)
