The food is good here but our issue is with the service. Everyone is pleasant that works there but it seems like they don't know what is going on half the time. First time we went we sat at the bar and we weren't even close to being finished with dessert or drinks and the bill was basically thrown at the bar in front of us. Came back with a group and the wait for such simple, easy requests was unacceptably long. We were also celebrating a milestone event and there wasn't even a dessert on the house for the celebration. Not that we need or are expecting anything but restaurants I've dined at in the past regardless if upscale or casual would always put something down on the table in a congratulatory fashion. It doesn't seem like people working there really care. Not sure ifnwe would go back.

My boyfriend and I come to La Strega too many times to count! We have come here for anniversary celebrations, Valentines Day, birthdays or just for dates where we feel like dressing up a little more. The service is always amazing here as everyone is so kind and on top of their game. We will always come back as this place is one of our favorite spots! One recommendation is to get the scallops, sometimes we have to order another plate because its so good!
