Was told I needed to make appointment THREE WEEKS in advance .....did so...followed all directions..recieved a conformation email...waited three weeks ...showed up 10 mins before opening ....bank opened 10 mins late ...they had no idea about my appointment and embarrass Eme in front of a line of customers ...when we gave them the confirmation number they stated it wasn't in thier records and were so rude we simply left...contacted corporate and filed complaint

Friday and theres one 1 teller with a line out the door and what seems to be a manager sitting in a side office instead of jumping behind the 3 empty windows to help knock this line down. wtf.
