Michael has always been professional & gone above & beyond to help us through some difficult times where we had to file claims. He cares as our agent, but also he has been very caring as a human being. I wish there were more people like Michael out there!

I am a small business owner who run all my insurance (professional and personal) through Mike. I can't believe it's taken me nearly 8 years to write this; it's long overdue He is BY FAR the best insurance agent I've ever had. He is my daily advocate on any insurance matters, takes the time to clearly explain any increases that may happen in detail, and answers every call, email and text. When he thinks his prices can be beat, he tells you so. When something is not covered, he gives you more details than you even want as to why, or how it could be covered in the future. He has also always treated every different flavor of person with grace, understanding and compassion- which is unfortunatley rare nowadays. I will never switch off service from him. He has a client for life!!

I have been using Michael Scheeler for all of my personal lines insurance. As a commercial insurance agent myself I am very particular with the standard of customer service and knowledge I demand from an agent and agency staff. Michael and staff have checked all of the boxes I require and have done so for many years. They have really impressed me when dealing with claims and other issues that have demanded time and detailed attention. Michael is the agent I will have for life and recommend to all of my family, friends and clients.
