        My premium increased at time of renewal. So I went shopping for another insurance company with lower price. I connected the James Fagana office and informed them to Cancel as well the new Insurancecompany, and , not withdrawal from my account. They still took the withdrawal. Where I was overlapping coverage. Unprofessional
