        I talked to a lady by the name of Wendy extremely rude and didn't have access to anything . I was still asking questions and she said I have to hang up I have my other line ringing after that I ask for a manager and she said no. Highly not recommend. Took my business else where . Mr Ledford should have a customer service training class for her. If I could give a negative star I would.
