Doesn’t seem to be very considerate or professional to their employees during COVID. For a company that seems to have so much support for the community, you sure are quick to penalize your employees for background noises when EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the US is basically working from home; kids included. How are employees expected to keep their homes 100% noise free?! It can’t happen unless employees get better noise-canceling headsets OR they live by themselves; which, if that’s what you’re looking for, maybe you should only hire single employees without families. Needless to say, y’all should really try to be more understanding with your employees, especially now, with COVID. Haven’t you guys lost enough people already?! I won’t be recommending anyone to work with your company.
