Farmers Insurance - Susan Griffith

Susan and staff friendly, but will likely be finding a new insurance company. Be really specific and detailed when selecting policies and hopefully you never really need them, but in my case for once I did need to utilize my policy and the claims department found a loop hole in my policy and now it doesnt cover that so Ive been paying insurance for almost a year and I feel for nothing, because when I needed help unfortunately nothing could be done for me. Ill try to take my money else where and find a policy that meets my needs where my claims will be handled.

Honestly this is the BEST insurance BRANCH ever! Susan and Ashley are the absolute sweetest. I was in an accident the day after my policy was effective with this branch - and they were incredible! They are genuinely caring, and worries about my safety and health above the rest. I HIGHLY recommend this duo! Amazing customer service!
