Wow, I've been with a few insurance companies in the past and this is the first time that my policy has been explained. Trusting your insurance agent, and having them be ethical and truthful is obviously beyond important. Helen Vasquez is not to be trusted. She lied about contacting me, resulting in me having to pay. Her office is disorganized, and her staff is rude. There are thousands of insurance agents, go to one that can be trusted. Do not go to her.
