        image This insurance carrier only provides coverage in selected zip codes in my county. I was told by the rep that there were “other factors”, but they were not able to underwrite for my zip code. Never heard of such a thing. Higher rates per zip code I have experienced but a refusal to provide insurance is discrimination.
