It took us years to find a quality insurance agent for our 3 little condos in Las Vegas. One terrible agent actually wrote our policies as if they were for private houses instead of condos! This doubled our premiums and probably wouldn't have covered us against fire damage. And sure enough one property burned to the ground in 2019!
Luckily, by this time we had found Michelle Youshock. She had carefully written our policies and explained our coverages to us. When the property burned down, we were 100% covered. No losses and no surprises!
Michelle Youshock is the most competent, trustworthy, and easy-to-talk-to agent we have ever had. We can't recommend her enough.

Not good: I got an estimate for almost the same price as another carrier but other carrier had more than two time the coverage. So I declined to sign the policy and asked them to return my per-payment. A year later they had not returned my payment despite my jumping through hoops with documentation as they requested. At the end of the policy year they canceled the policy and returned $3 and change. Total of about 6 hours invested trying to get my money back, and after each time they said yes you are right we will get your money back. Not Good.
