All I could say is this is the first agent that I have been unhappy with. I had to call multiple times for corrections. He didn’t research to give me the best rate and didn’t provide me quality service. When I had an issue I would call (most of the time no answer. would leave message never received a call back. Had to call back)so they could fix an issue but then I had to call back because there was another issue because of the 1st issue. I had to literally call the 800 # to get resolutions after I switch insurances, because my last request wasn't handled correctly. Found a better rate with another insurance company...thank goodness. Farmers is a great insurance when you able to get a great rate; it's even better when you have a great agent as well.

I have home insurance through this office and my name and DOB are incorrect on my policy, the 1-800 number is unable to correct these changes only my agent. Every time I call I get no answer and every time I email i get changes to my policy without ever responding to my email yet they have still failed to correct my name and DOB. No transparency or communication with Diego.

If there was a negative star I will give it to this agent Diego is the worst , same as the staff, he would not help us as customers his really rude and cancel our policy in a different day than requested and try to say it was our fault worst agent from farmers never ever go with him no ethic he has no manners .
