JMAC Plumbing and Air Conditioning

This company is servicing out AC units at our apt complex. They serviced while we were not home and took the liberty of dumping out a bucket of whiffle balls into our sink and using the bucket. Then left the bucket on top of the dryer still with water in it. I'm in the plumbing trade and would never use a tenants or home owners property, especially without permission, and also not clean it up.

In March 2021 I called JMac, Aloha, and Goetll for an estimate on a new AC installation. Back then I knew what kind of AC I needed and I knew that there were 14, 15, and 16 seer systems. 16 was was the most energy efficient but more expensive. I was transitioning from a 30 yr old AC and I was money conscious so I figured Id be fine with a 14 seer. Dell from JMac got me a 16 seer system for about 9K! Of the 3 Dell was the only one that mentioned a NV energy rebate that saved me about $500. Goetll, on the other hand, wanted 20K for a 14 seer system!!! Not to mention that when I said no 59 Goetll he left in a mild puff after pressuring me. But Dell from day one gave me the time and space to make my own decision regarding the installation and I never once felt like I was being pressured in the process. He even encouraged me to price shop around! Recommend these guys highly!!! Took me almost a year and half to remember to write this review but I got it done Service: Install AC

I telephoned JMAC to report an employee driving recklessly in NE Las Vegas and after pressing #5 for "SAFETY", I was directed to leave a voicemail. I'm sure this is unreasonable but I don't want to play phone tag all day ... 12:15 pm today I was on Nellis, turned LEFT onto Carey, an older residential neighborhood with lots of kids in the street. A JMAC vehicle, license plate 859 --- followed me very closely, tailgating aggressively. After about 3 minutes, I pulled into a dirt road so Mr. Tailgating JMAC driver could pass me. I was doing 40 in a 25 mph zone (trying to get out of his way!!) and Mr. JMAC driver passed me and sped up to at least 50mph. He approached the STOP SIGN at Carey/Sloan, driver did not diminish his speed, completely went thru the STOP SIGN, and he turned left at SLOAN/JUDSON where he ignored another STOP SIGN. I guess I could thank JMAC and their death-wishing driver for making sure Nevada's insurance rates are the third highest in the country, I wish I could say I have confidence in their ability to do the job responsibly but based on Mr. JMAC driver and his FLAGRANT disregard of traffic laws, I'd give this one a VERY WIDE PASS ... Shame on you!
