STAFF: ARLENE(the elder redhead complained about in other reviews) VERY RUDE, BITTER AND UNFRIENDLY I have no idea how she was able to get a job working with people. I think she lives there and she behaves more like a rude nosy neighbor than she does an employee. ALL OTHER STAFF: VERY GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. MANAGEMENT: THIS PROPERTY SEEMS TO HAVE ABSENTEE MANAGEMENT AND IS IN DIRE NEED OF SOME SUPERVISION. ROOMS: COULD BE CLEANER, I HAVE SEEN ROOMS THAT WERE CLOSED BY THE HEALTH DISTRICT DUE TO BED BUGS!!!!! FACILITIES: GENERALLY NOT KEPT WELL, GARBAGE BAGS OUTSIDE OF DOORS, FILTHY LAUNDRY ROOM WITH FILTHY SMELLY WASHING MACHINES AND DRYERS THAT DO NOT WORK PROPERLY OR AT ALL. WHY DOES THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAVE NO WEBSITE????????????? EVERYTHING ONLINE ABOUT THIS PLACE POINTS TO THE "BUDGET SUITES" BUT THIS IS ACTUALLY THE "HOTEL SUITES OF AMERICA" This place may be good if you are in transition, just getting into town and looking for an apartment or to stay while you are in the process of moving out of town. For tourists looking for a cheap stay for a few days just book a cheap room at a not so great hotel on the strip, this place has nothing in the way of amenities that would be standard at even the worst strip hotels. If you are not used to an "URBAN" setting you will surely feel very uncomfortable here. The surrounding area is very poorly lit and filled with lots of unsavory types. You cannot walk one block with out hearing things like "can you spare some change?" "do you have a dollar?"

This hotel is a crap shack if I ever seen one. Half the machines in the laundry room never worked and the ones that did work, you had to feed extra money in just to get them clean and dry. The staff was less than intellegent and the elder female was not friendly at all. Major attitude. The location although right off the strip, still terrible and no internet access at all. I thought that was the standard for all hotels nowadays, I guess not. The days in would have been a better location.
