Four Points by Sheraton Las Vegas East Flamingo

I honestly had a really good experience from the check in to the check out! I booked this on Hotwire and was kinda skeptical but once I arrived they were able to locate my reservation right away (this was important because previously when I’ve booked on Hotwire, other hotel ALWAYS have issues)! the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and the guy checking out was also extremely helpful! Their customer service was A1, way better than some of these “overpriced” hotels on the strip!

I created a reservation and I noticed a day later it had been cancelled. I called the location to speak to a manager and the gentleman man stated he was the only manager at the location, which seems to be very unlikely. He cold trasfered me to reservations multiple times. He was very hostile and unhelpful. He does care about the quality of guest experience. I work for Marriott and this is very unfortunate. I don't recommend this place at all.

To say a Sheraton is comparable to a Super8. If you are a creature of comfort and are used to The Marriott standard, DO NOT stay here. Daytime front staff has no time for you or everyone is talking AT you all at once. They say the right things to the guest and when the guest walk away, they complain about the guest right to me!!! They are condescending & rude. The staff is young and inexperienced, it's shameful, I'm a employee of this Brand, and to see the management allows this in their establishment. Although the experience with the management isn't any better. Night shift is nice, they're just never around. Comforters were stained, sheets had water spots. Crumbs on the carpet, Shoe print in the tub. The night I checked out, the employees were mentioned another getting attacked at the front desk. ps. Only 1 person on shift at night, no security. What kind of management would not put the safety of their employees over the cost of payroll.
