PAM is an amazing facility. My wife came down with Covid Pnemonia late in November, and she spent her first couple of weeks in short term care. She was transferred to PAM once her oxygen requirement allowed. The CEO and CNO of PAM met with me personally. They are wonderful people who actually care about all individuals in their facilities. The staff was friendly and receptive to my wife's needs. She can get very apprehensive and nervous, and they all put her at ease. They went above and beyond to Besides the high quality of medical care she received there (it was outstanding), the staff was happy to go above and beyond to help her recover including washing, brushing, and braiding my wife's hair. They went to a great deal of trouble to move her from one room to another just so she could hold hands with our 2 year old daughter whom she hadn't held or touched for almost a month. They also reserved a parking spot for us right outside the window to her room. We were able to back a pickup truck into it with a Christmas tree and Santa for Christmas morning. That way, she was able to watch our daughter open presents on Christmas with Santa. I have nothing but praise and good things to say about this facility. If you are able to choose this excellent recovery facility, I would recommend that you do so.

This review is actually 3.5 stars. The post-op care I received there was very good. I went there two days after having knee replacement surgery. There were two main therapists who worked with me: Lauren and Nicole. Between the two of them, they made sure I was on my feet and gradually able to walk greater distances without falling or without too much pain. The part that I didn't like was that theit hospitalist tried to wean me off the pain meds I was on too quickly. They had a regimen where I was to be given pain medication 6 hours apas rt instead of 4 hours. The regimen was bad, particularly at night when I was tired and needed to rest. The food was sort of okay.

Ok I started to give them five stars but no they only get four. They recently got a new coffee machine, this machine was making military coffee, one cup is like d torinking half a pot of coffee. That kind of coffee that needs 4-7 times the amount of cream and sugar that one normally uses, that's military coffee. And ever now and then they run out of cups for coffee and soda, one should never run out of cups for coffee and soda thats why no five stars. Otherwise it's a good rehabilitation hospital, with freindly staff and i think they have a great workout room for both inpatient and outpatient use plus they care for those in their care.
