A realty company hired this business during the sell of my home. The inspector went to my home and provided the feedback to the purchasing party. Two big areas of opportunity which summed up the reason for low review score. 1) The dishwasher that the inspector stated was non-functional turned out to be working. I've used it twice a week for years and did not have a problem. I noticed the dishwasher door was locked with the door not being closed all the way meaning the machine will not turn on (door has to be closed). 2) The inspector left my stove on and I was on for 2 days while I was out of town. I got to my home and noticed when I walked near my kitchen that it had been really warm. I looked at the stove oven and it appeared that the inspector did not shut it off when testing. Please be more cautious about the simple things as years and years of inspection experience does not solve for accidents and delays in process.
