Inspect LV Home Inspections

The worst home inspection I've experience thus far. I've bought/sold 2 homes within the past 3 years so I have plenty experience from other home inspection. Initial home inspection was done without ever mentioning doors, appliances, other areas of the floors. They Boise about the free one time re-inspection on items that the seller and I agreed on fixing/replacing. The re-inspection only came with 2 items on list as not performed and that's it..no mentioning other items with pictures.. Stay away from this company.

Excellent experience using Inspect LV to inspect our new home. Andrew, our inspector, provided an extremely detailed report and even included helpful suggestions for things that needed repair. He took the time to have a follow-up conversation with me about some of my concerns because I am out of state and could not be there for the inspection and answered all of my questions and then some. We are very pleased and would highly recommend LV. Thanks Andrew!

The worst inspection company we have ever encountered here in las vegas. Never seen an inspection that never check the doors, appliances of the property you are buying. Re-inspection is a total piece of joke! They never checked all the items that were listed on the repair sheet, no pictures in the report. A complete trash. I will never ever use this company again and do not recommend to anybody. A complete joke for the price you pay.

The service was above and beyond my expectations. The attention to detail to uncover even the smallest blemishes was outstanding. I truly felt that inspect lv gave me a peace of mind in going forward in one of the biggest investments of my life the future home for my family thanks again .
