Lennar runs their home sales like they're selling used cars. It's a slimmy process that isn't friendly and ultimately shows up in their treatment of the homeowners. They fluff the numbers and then offer "incentives" on overinflated numbers, which was really low and insulting to my clients. If you're purchasing a Lennar home, just hope you dont have any issues. The reviews are not good and after 14 years in residential real estate, I was astonished to see this awful process first hand. The are a large corporation and they really dont hide their greed.

I visited the home this weekend to see if all items on punch list was done to our expectation. I will let people judge it for them self and while i am out side investigate why all the plant tree are drying out and a landscaper told me because of a faulty Valve. So no water supply. And while walking a notice there were nothing but nails all over the street which i feel that is unacceptable due to the obvious. got an email from customer service and wanted a virtual meeting instead of sending some one out to fix the Valve while they have a superintendent on the job go figure. This is construction i am not going to do their job for them 10/18/22
