Reverence by Pulte Homes

Purchased a view lot in the Reverence development in July 2020. The entire experience from our first visit to the models and the sales office to our move-in 9-mos later and now our 1-year anniversary in the home has been fantastic. We built a home with Pulte recently. The experience was great from start to finish. There was schedule impact due to the supply delays caused by the pandemic but we were kept engaged and informed by the team. Our sales person was Karen P and our field supervisor was Steve T. When we had questions on schedule, build or quality, they were promptly addressed. Steve T met with us couple of times upon our request to walk through the build phase. He made sure our concerns were addressed. Thank you to Steve T and Karen P for the great service!!

My wife and I can comment from real experience, since we are homeowners at Reverence. We do wonder how many of the one-star ratings here might be hit pieces by rivals? For example, one suggested Toll Brothers as superior, noting that Pulte "releases lots for sale to maximize price". Well (1) yes they are a for-profit company, and (2) Toll Brothers and every other builder does the same kind of release process! Another one-star review said only "Perfect, if you want to live 3 feet from your neighbors", which is simply not true. Some lots have 30' and even 50' yards on one side or the other. The original post was just wrong, and prejudiced. The Pulte build quality is excellent; the sales staff have been friendly, helpful and perfectly honest. No price has been changed by even a penny. The process has been painless, and nobody at Pulte was anything but gracious and knowledgeable during the structural, electrical and design options appointments. We have spoken to several of our neighbors-to-be and they all were extremely positive about their new homes and their relations with sales staff during the process. There are some suspicious bad reviews here. I know for a fact that several reviews claiming bad Pulte service are by real estate agents (who aren't needed for Pulte home sales) pretending to be home owners. Consider visiting Reverence Summerlin to see the homes and speak to staff yourselves. UPDATE Oct 2021 - We have moved from our first home in Reverence to a new one inside the manned gate, in The Peaks neighborhood. All the neighbors we know - and we've met many now - are satisfied or very happy with their home purchases and warranty support.

Pulte buyers beware- I am building a home with pulte in starling here in Las Vegas. I am less than a week from being done (after waiting 9 months) I was told these would be the doors in my $1mil house- I was told Id be charged a daily fine for not accepting the house with these doors. Pulte has deemed these doors as acceptable for the house to be done. I can write a novel of misery and aggravation -to include threats to make me switch lenders at the last minute, to the dismissive local sales staff , as well as zero empathy for delays. Corporate directs you to the local team, and the local team blames corporate. Please consider another builder or make sure you GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTING . Ill consider removing this if I get a call from someone not from Vegas team- I specifically do not want to hear from Angela Steffen or Ray Abraham .
