Sunrise Mt Town Homes

In my two months of living here I've had to call the cops several times, horrible bug problem, disrespectful children roaming around and calling me names, people park in "designated" parking spots knowing nobody will do anything about it, trash is thrown wherever, pool is closed every other week due to vandals, it's no wonder rent is so cheap and there are iron security doors on every single entrance. I loved the first month however, this place is showing its true colors and property management does not care what so ever.

Community is a variety of different people. Kid friendly. Pets are welcome. Swimming pool, basketball court, sm kid park. Units are pretty good size. Rent is reasonable
