Precision 702 Property Maintenance

Theyre unlicensed contractors that overcharge and are not transparent about prices or estimates. They even advertise as contractors. They have 3 business' associated with Precision 702 Maintencnce Repair, Precision 702 Property, they are were used by a landlord to pad my bill without any license they charge almost 2k for basic fixes. I have no option but tonsue my landlord but please dont ever use them Lyle is terrible and will just be a ghost when you try to contact them.

These guys were great!!! Didn't take them long to come out and see us, and with a leak involved you definitely don't want to wait long!! They came out and took care of the issue no problem with great customer service to boot. That's all you can ask for!!
