Just had their charburger and tempura green beans for the first time! It was really good. Will go again!

What passes for good food in this country is a crying shame. It's clear the people behind this lousy burger stand don't give a flying F. The burger was cold as though the patty was three hours old, poorly constructed, it seemed to have been dropped on the floor and rewrapped. How hard can it be to make a hamburger? These poor people who work here are in for a long hard life. My five year old can do circles around these very untalented jokers. Don't respond to this review. You won't get any response back.

Nice place.It has great food for a fast food restaurant. We have been coming here for years and the food is always consistent. The burgers are charbroiled and amazingly delicious ,it just melts in your mouth.. Burgers are fresh and not overly seasoned ,which I loved. Fries is ok , wish it had more flavor. Santa Barbara Char is my favorite, so yummy! Plenty of seating for dining in and the bathrooms were extremely clean. You won't be disappointed with this place. The service is not that great, especially management don’t appreciate loyal customers that have been coming to this location since the day one. Overall delicious burgers, but the customer service not so attentive and welcoming. Very disappointing!
