What happened to “customer service ?” On 9/11/21, I had an appointment in Henderson and saw this beauty store across the street. Out of curiosity, I decided to check it out. Like several beauty stores here in Nevada, operate a dual business (e.g., selling hair products, accessories, cosmetics, and provide an array of other hair services). This shop/store’s customer service is terrible! Now, anyone who knows me knows that if I complain, it must not be good. I purchased several cute cosmetics (accessories) totaling $74.68. One item was a wooden ring. When I got home, the ring had split down the middle. It sucks, but I called the store to see what the protocol was for a defective item. I was told to hold! Okay, after being placed on hold for 4 minutes, a store representative informed me to send a picture of the item and provided a specific phone number. Simple right! This is the response I got from them, quoted, “ I sell these often and own one. I can't take back damage good. My policy is exchange only within 7 days. Sorry for any inconvenience. Now, granted, I don’t care how many you’ve sold, nor that you own one, “NO” two items are the same. Like I stated at the beginning of this message, “what happened to customer service?” I’ll share this post across numerous social networks and hope this business learns to value “All” customer (s) because you never know who the customer may be!

A hidden gem in Henderson 💎 great stock of hair for all braid, twist, and faux loc styles. Shout out to having more options than 1B or 2 hair. Y'all know how it is. TONS of cute accessories. This is a salon with a full beauty supply attached- beads, edge scarves, hair products, lashes, etc. I grabbed some twist hair and lashes but I will be back for more! **I made a video of a lot of the cutest stuff but Google took away the option to post it.
