I don’t even know where to start, let’s just say their were three workers in there each had their Louis Vuitton bag at their station Charging designer prices for Payless service, that’s the best way I can explain it, Super over priced with the worse service. It’s funny because the lady before me tried to pay for her service, and she was really upset about the price that was not given to her before hand, once I heard that I already knew I was in trouble and lo and behold I was correct Service: Hairstyling

I booked with Fama based on a recommendation, but I should have read the reviews. That would have clued me into what was to come and I would have nixed this much earlier. I will spare you the long version of my experience and just share the ending. My appt was at 9am and I arrived at 9:10am (got turned around after dropping my phone under the seat). When I got there the lady said Fama is on her way. At 9:20am I texted her to ask if she was still coming and got no response. Around 9:30am the lady that was there braiding hair showed me her phone to say Fama was on it, but didn't say what Fama was saying (they were speaking another language) or what to expect. After asking a few times if she was still coming, I tried calling Fama. She answered after the 3rd try and said since I didn't get there until 9:30am she thought I wasn't coming. Then the lies began...when I told her that wasn't true and that I texted her. She blamed it on the lady. Then she said she was picking up the hair and supplies (that didn't match her thinking I wasn't coming but ok). I called her again at 10am (she hadn't arrived yet) and she said she booked another appt at 10am because she thought I wasn't coming (apparently she was going to be late for that one too) but she was almost there. When she got there, she claimed to not know that I requested FAUX locs and told us she didn't have the hair. I referred her to the text messages and the pictures, to which she then said it was a misunderstanding. Complete waste of time! She seemed to be a nice lady but also very unprofessional with a lot of excuses and blame. Very disappointed.

Tried this place twice with my daughter the first time she was 2 1/2 hours late no one was at the shop it was locked and she kept texting me she was on her way. The second time I had bought the wrong hair for my daughter even tho she text me and said it was the right hair after I sent her a picture of it. So we drive 5 miles to get the right hair we come back and she said I didn’t know where u went so I booked another appointment! Seriously you told me to go get the right hair and I did she was aggressive rude and very unprofessional! I was disgusted by her behavior in front of my 10 year old who was very distraught after wards she left crying asking why the lady was screaming at us! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AVOID AT ALL COST!! there are much more professional places! Service: Hairstyling
