        Had my car broken into at this Planet Fitness during the day. Of course, the staff at this location are incompetent and provided no help. Horrible location

        0 stars. This location charged my bank account for 11 months after I signed a cancellation policy in store. Manager Javier was not helpful and was rude. Several other gyms in the area that you would not have this issue with.

      We truly regret to hear this, Anthony! While we don't have jurisdiction over the parking lots at our clubs, we certainly are saddened to hear someone would break into your vehicle. We recommend that you reach out to the plaza's owner and file a police report. We hope that any belongings of yours are safely returned.
