I signed an agreement with Ray to sell a golf cart on consignment for me back in March. The cart sold months ago and they refuse to send payment and have not been answering or returning my calls. Initially when he was returning my calls he would say the check is in the mail or blame his accountant. I'm currently pursuing legal action. I would not trust these guys at all.

Had my golf cart serviced by Custom electric cars. Great customer service. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Highly recommend CEC.

Golf cart started making a clicking sound a week or two back. Couldn’t place the noise but was worried the differential was slipping. Sound got a lot worse today and I saw some metal sticking out of the break drum. Took it apart to find break drum shattered and break pads completely gone. I had my cart taken to Rays custom electric cars for a full service to address any problems. After months of calling the shop with no reply I went down to the shop only to find he hadn’t even started on my cart but that he would have it done in a few days. Upon delivery I was informed the steering gear box was broken. Had to fix that myself as he never got back to me. Now I find that the breaks were never maintenance either leading to complete break failure. FOR ALL YOU CART OWNERS- DON’T TAKE YOUR CART TO RAYS CUSTOM ELECTRIC CARS.
