Darden Plumbing came out on a Sunday and repaired a broken pipe to my water main. I had turned off the water and even though it was 5pm, the owner came out himself and repaired it and charged a very fair price for being Sunday and after hours. I would definitely refer them. Thanks Darden!

Be careful folks, their reviews go from 5 star to one star and no in between. My experience was a 1 star, they didn't show up for the appointment on time, didn't respond to several texts or phone messages. Then called me appr. 2 hours later and said they would be there in 10 minutes. Nope, showed up about an hour and a half later. Started to install a water filtering system for me. I had covered my dryer as it was brand new and he was going to install right behind it. I actually thought he would move it and we had talked about that when he came the first time to look at my plumbing and the space to install. Later, I went out to check progress, my dryer still in place, he told me he could not finish, as the company that I bought the filter system from didn't put in 4 screws he needed. I found that odd, but told him I would contact the company, request the screws and call him when I get them. As he was exiting the garage, I pulled the blanket off of my brand new LG dryer and there was a huge dent in the top!!! I said, what are you going to do about my dryer??? He said he didn't see how his drill gun could have done that. I said well something did! He said he would find out how to lift the top and fix it. I texted him when the screws arrived, sent him a pic of the screws, he said they were correct, set an appointment to come out one morning. I asked him what his plans were to fix my dryer and he told me he was going to try as he had downloaded the schematics. He never showed, never called, never answered texts or voicemails. This plumber is on the "recommended plumbers to install our product" list on the company website. I contacted the company, Nuvo H2O, told them what happened. They said I was on my own as they had no relationship with the plumbers on their list. Sad, Ace Pluming did my install, in and out in a timely manner, showed up. I am enjoying the great filtered water. I am going to look in to my options further as to how I can get my dryer fixed or replaced. Nuvo makes a good product, but shouldn't "recommend" plumbers that make their company look bad. They don't agree with me. So, Darden Plumbing LLC, I will be in touch. One more thing, it is odd all of the reviews I have found on this plumbing company are old. Nothing current that I could find.

I did not want to do this, but after 4 no shows I had to warn others. Firstly, I got up at the crack of dawn and moved things out of the garage in May to prepare for Don Dardin's appointment, he never showed up nor called. He rescheduled and again, telling me he had a family problem, but did not show up nor call and actually 4 months later he finally answered his phone and had an excuse, and that it would not happen again. He then scheduled another appointment for yesterday and in his words "I will be there between 9-11am, closer to 9am." AGAIN he never showed up and has not called. I left him 5 messages and no reply. What is wrong with this fellow please? I have been more than long-suffering, but now I must speak out. This is wrong, just morally wrong.
