Great West Medical Associates

Dr. Carroll has left the practice and now the staff are completely unresponsive. I have left multiple messages in the last week and a half and have yet to receive a call back.. guess I am driving down there tomorrow since they do not answer the phones anymore or return calls from voicemail.

Doctor Carrera is awesome, very detailed. The front desk people with the exception of Jessica are useless and rude. Emphasis on rude. Referrals where sent to the wrong doctors office. I've explained this to these ladies. They don't care. Many times referrals are not sent for labs are radiology and I've had to physically go into the office to pick these up. I actually made an appointment to see doctor Carrera to have these referrals sent to the right place. Waste of money and time.

I called for an appointment and an establish patient. I had not been there is 2019. I guess his staff did not know about the CORVID 19. They would not give me one they said they need a referral for what I have private PPO insurance and don't need one.I m an establish patient. I guess that is negligence will report and contact my attorney don't go there his staff is rude and they hung up on me.

Worst experience I have ever had, receptionist Alexis is never be helpful. Patient need to try whole day contacting them and fax them the result. Simple answer from them: "Unfortunately, you need to let your clinic keep trying to fax to us." If I my primary doctor did not send me there, I will never go to this place.

Dr Catroll is great and took care of my needs promptly. I never had any issue with their front desk staff. I did receive a mailing today to notify me he is closing down his office on March 31, 2022 because their are relocating to another state.
