I am an armed security officer. After working 12 hours and being insulted for doing my job I enter green valley shell gas station to buy a monster and use the restroom before a long drive home only to be yet again insulted by the cashier stating I'm failing in life because I'm unaware that you get points for purchases as well as purchases in gas which I always use shell since I was 18...i let it slide but then when it was time for me to use the restroom while waiting for someone who had already entered I was insulted again by the cashier stating your very observant if you didn't see them come out and I thought to myself what kind of customer service is she providing with insults not to mention my back is to the restroom while I'm busy punching my rewards in and purchasing my drink at the counter but I'm sure she felt I'm sensitive now that I don't want to use the restroom now only to be insulted when finished. I'm train to take alot but off duty well let's just say regardless what day I've had I always greet people with hey how are you doing and how is your day going with a smile which I did there as well...maybe it's different at this shell gas station. No matter I will not return there...

Price advertised is not really the price. Their pump computers are old and run down. The credit card scanners look like they have all been tampered with. Who knows how much gas you're actually getting from these pumps? Gas prices change before they can change their sign, and it's always higher! This place is a gamble on gas prices that you're sure to lose!
