Cons: really bad customer service, did not explain how to connect add'l devices/remotes. Manager wouldn't get on the phone and spoke through the receptionist to tell me to call the garage motor customer service for help

Extremely happy with the service!. The quote I was given was far less than other companies I called. They explained what was wrong in the first place and gave me options to choose from. They were friendly and professional, came on time, and did an excellent job.  I recommend them without reservation.

Huge shout out to Pioneer overhead door. Called them this morning and within an hour and a half the awesome techs Joe and Miguel were here installing my new door. Fast and friendly and very professional

Good work, bad customer service.
Had a a lot of respect for the techs who did the work, but don’t trust the company’s warranty.
Guy came out and did a solid job replacing the door a few months back.
Come out a couple days ago attempt to close my door and it basically falls off the rails... the cables are completely off the gear.
Guy asks me not to touch it and it will be a few days before someone can get there (was on a weekend).
Since I didn’t want my stuff stolen for two days, i unhooked the messed up wire to let it down.
I was informed my warranty was voided and I had to pay full price for the fix, Called the company and got blasted with anger and hate. When I came back into my garage the tech informed me he would have to charge an additional 80% of the price because of the long winded call that just transpired.
Bright side is, since I don’t have a warranty I have no reason to call a angry self insulting individual again.
