        Jose Rosales, the person who came to fix my problem was kind, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and caring. He immediately diagnosed the problem after assessing the situation, and was able to repair my garage door opener proficiently and timely. He went that extra mile. He is a true example of great customer service. HE ROCKED!! He is truly an asset to the company. I will definitely use the company again.
