My husband listened to the commercial in a community radio station and asked me to visit the store to buy the latest living room furniture. I’m not a fan of desi owned stores since a lot of them have very bad customer service. But I didn’t realize this store was the worst experience of my life. Extremely bad customer service, very rude, didn’t listen, whatever they say on the radio commercials is all lies. B Grade quality of all the stuff they carry. We went to the store and chose one Sofa/Love set. Also asked the lady Pam (she was very nice) if she can arrange the Accent chair with a design matched with this Sofa set. Order has been placed and instead 3-4 weeks it arrived 6+ weeks. Spent over $4000+ . Sofa set is okay with a love seat (3+2 seater) but I was very shocked to see the matching accent chairs are huge and looked bigger than Sofa itself. We measured its 1 inch bigger than the original design and its not an accent chair at all, it's another Sofa. It looked very ugly bigger than Original Sofa and totally unmatched. We could not believe it. We have asked for matching accent chair not sofa at all. There is no demo display in the store. We went to the store and tried to explain to the guy (owner) Parth Midha. This guy, omg , didn’t listen to what we were trying to explain. First, we all were wearing protective masks, he didn’t wear a mask at all. He was very loud, arrogant, and abusive. He keeps repeating he owns 3 GTA stores and refused to listen to our explanation. We measured and sent in emails with pictures. He refused to exchange or replace; we didn’t ask for a refund. We just want a matching accent chair. Now we have no choice to sell this on FB marketplace or kijiji, its still in original wrap/pack. I would suggest everybody, please avoid, and do not buy anything from Midha furniture, don’t waste your money. I regret and wasted my hard earned money. I doubt this Midha furniture survives very long with a rude/arrogant attitude and lies in this competitive market. I'm sure most of the positive reviewers were either their workers or closed friends/relatives etc.. I’m sure this guy will definitely respond to this review. You can imagine his language and rude attitude in real life. Mr Mudha; You are exposing yourself everywhere.
