I went here on October 26th and placed an order for a bedroom set which included mattress two side tables a bed frame and a couch. They stated it would arrive within 5 business days. So I wait and no news from them so I call and they stated I was given wrong information. Okay I understand but then when my. Furniture finally arrives after two weeks the bedside tables were both damaged so they had send those back before they delivered my furniture so I had to wait another 4 days. After that they arrived and delivered my furniture they brought the wrong couch and stated it’s still nice and that’s not the point I didn’t want a black couch or leather I chose a grey couch. Then the bed frame was cracked at the foot board. We showed the delivery people who contacted the store ensuring they would send a new one right away. We have not used the bed and still have not received it I keep contacting both the store and the warehouse saying that they don’t have a ETA and to deal with it. Marianne from the warehouse is very rude and telling us it just just cosmetic and to deal with the broken furniture. The point is I am not paying for broken furniture and no one seems to update me or contact me about the status of my furniture. She was very rude and has poor communication skills and should be reported. I would not recommend this store or company due to the fact they sell broken furniture and don’t seem to care about it. Jonathan is new and seemed to not know what he was doing they ensured a time frame and nothing has changed and I still do not have the correct furniture. This was the worse experience and I will take my business elsewhere.

The furniture gets delivered tomorrow but the ladies who work in the showroom were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be buying more very soon.

I saw an ad on their website and wanted to look at a couple of living room furniture sofas. Mike showed us around and after 15 minutes I selected a 3 piece set and going to pick it up saturday. The process was easy and I will go back again.
