Great team. Super detailed, efficient. Easy to deal with and certainly put up with my very neurotic flooring requirements and daily texts. Highly recommend!!! They went the extra mile to find me exactly what I was looking for. I was super picky with my wood color selection. My floor and baseboards are gorgeous! Word of advice... "if" you have a big dog, pick the very hardest wood you can possibly find, and if not hard wood just go with tile plank that looks like wood..... my only regret! Still love it but my husky is already scratching it up. But FCI was awesome!

Professional from start to finish. Everything went as promised with our 2nd floor and stairs getting new flooring installed. The entire team were great throughout. Highly recommended.

Brad and his team did an awesome job installing new floor in my bathrooms. The installation crew (Fernando) showed up on time and worked so hard all day without even taking a break - except a short lunch break. Even if this was a small job, Brad came to my house during the day to check whether everything is okay. After the job, Travis also visited my house to check again whether I am fully satisfied with their work. Usually it is stressful to work with contractors, but it was a pleasant experience with Brad’s team.
